SHIPPING AND TRACKING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders and payments are processed within 48-72 hours. Once orders are processed, items will be shipped immediately unless a custom item, custom services and non on hand items were purchased. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless stated otherwise.

 

SHIPPING FOR CUSTOM ITEMS, SERVICES, AND ON HAND ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER TO SHIP:

Our luxury virgin hair collection is not kept on hand to insure 100% availability of your total purchase, and freshness of raw product. Our luxury virgin hair (bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs) may take an additional 2-3 business days after payment processing before shipping . (In total, you should receive your items in 7-9 business days or less unless stated otherwise)

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days Shipping Cost: $7.50

USPS Overnight: 1-2 days Shipping Cost: $25.50

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed  by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Business days are Monday - Friday, and do not include weekends and holidays

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING: 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
